A district level event of “Aapki Punji Aapka Adhikar (Your Money Your Right ) ” has been organized on 12/11/2025 in collaboration with LDM, Banks, Insurance Companies. The officers from District Administration, Banks & RBI. participated in the event and thrust was made on the awareness among the general public.

“My money my right” is the theme of a recent nationwide campaign in India called “Your Money, Your Right” (आपकी पूँजी, आपका अधिकार), aimed at helping citizens reclaim unclaimed financial assets. It is also a common phrase meaning that people have a right to control and manage their own money.

• Objective: To help people locate and claim their unclaimed financial assets.

• Duration: The campaign will run across the country from October to December 2025.

• Examples of unclaimed assets: This includes things like bank deposits, insurance policy claims, dividends, shares and mutual fund income.

• Facilities: During the campaign, citizens will be helped in simplifying the process of finding and claiming their property with the help of digital tools and help desk.

• Events: Camps set up by the government and the presence of officials from various financial institutions will provide direct assistance to the citizens.
